Booking a picnic with us is simple. Just submit your picnic inquiry and we will reach out to you within 48 hours to confirm availability. Our team will plan, deliver & setup your Picnic. We require a 50% retainer to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to your event. 

We offer both indoor and outdoor picnic experiences and can set up just about anywhere. We prefer to set up in a private event space or a home/backyard, however we also host in public parks and wineries. 

Currently we host events in Orlando and surrounding areas. If you are more than 20 miles outside Orlando, are happy to travel to you, however a small travel fee may apply. 

Food is not included in our picnic packages, however can be purchased as an add on. You are also welcome to bring your own food. 

Voguish Picnic is not licensed to provide alcohol. You are solely responsible for following all state and local ordinances and laws regarding alcohol consumption at your site. If your location permits alcoholic beverages, you are welcome to bring your own alcohol however Voguish Picnic is not liable for any damages, injury, or death as a result of alcohol consumption. 

We monitor the weather forecast leading up to your event day. In the event of inclement weather, do not panic! We will reschedule your outdoor picnic free of charge. You also have the option to move the event to an indoor location. 

We do not offer refunds once an event has been booked, however we will happily reschedule your event or provide you with credit towards a future booking if eligible.
